The application process

• When the application process will start?

The admission for International summer schools WUT will start in March 2023. All detailed information you can find here.

• What should I do if I want to take part in the application process?

All you should do in the first stage of recruitment process is:

1. reading the “Regulations of recruitment, participation, payment of scholarships in the project “International summer schools of the Warsaw University of Technology” – this document is available here,
2. filling in the online application form,
3. submitting completed and signed application documents (a motivation letter, certificate or another document validating the level of the English language and confirmation of student status issued by your home university).

• How long will it take until I know if I have been accepted as a potential participant?

Applications that in the first stage of application process arrive complete and with the correct supporting evidence will usually be processed within no more than 14 days.  If we require further information as part of your application we will email you. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

• I have receive the information that I am on the preliminary list of potential participants for summer school. What should I do in the next step?

Within 14 days of receiving information about being shortlisted for the chosen summer school, you are obliged to fill in (if applicable), sign and send the following application documents in the paper version:

1. declaration of entering into the Project,
2. personal data form of the Project Participant to be entered into the IT system of the NAWA Agency for the purposes of Project participants monitoring,
3. declaration of the Project Participant concerning personal data GDPR POWER,
4. declaration of the Project Participant concerning personal data GDPR NAWA,
5. additional consent of the Project Participant concerning personal data processing,
6. English language certificate or another document validating the level of the English language,
7. original document confirming the student status issued by your home university,
8. your motivation letter,
9. “Regulations of recruitment, participation, payment of scholarships in the project International summer schools of the Warsaw University of Technology”.

• Where can I find documents required in the second stage of the application process?

• How will I be notified about the outcome of my application?

We will notify you via email as soon as a preliminary list of potential participants will be ready. Then we will ask you for sending us the rest of application documents.

• Why have not I received any emails?

If you do not receive an email from the Director of a summer school, please check your junk/spam folder. Saving his/her email address as a safe sender will help to prevent our emails reaching your junk/spam folder.

• What if I need a visa to study at your summer school?

If you do need a visa to travel to Poland, you should make sure that you apply for your summer school place as soon as possible to ensure there is enough time for the visa process.
